Who is Ana, and what inspired her to start Ana’s Apothecary?
Ana’s Apothecary began as a family tradition—a mother and her two daughters handcrafting natural soaps and wellness products at home. What started as a creative ritual grew into a mission to offer plant-based alternatives that nourish both body and soul.
Today, the business is led by Ana Castillo Jiménez in Minneapolis, who carries forward her family’s legacy with deep respect for nature, intuition, and transformative self-care.

Do you offer custom-blended products?
Absolutely. Custom creations are one of our specialties. Whether you need a unique scent, a personalized blend, or a product crafted for a special intention, we can design something just for you.
What types of custom items can I request? Can I request specific scents or ingredients?
Yes—you can choose product types (such as oils, soaps, perfumes, or body blends) and request specific botanicals, essential oils, or energetic intentions. We love helping customers create meaningful, personalized items.
Do you offer bulk orders for events, gifts, or client appreciation?
Yes! Bulk orders are perfect for weddings, team gifts, retreats, corporate appreciation, or special celebrations.
How far in advance should I place a custom or bulk order?

Yes. We periodically offer classes and experiences centered around aromatherapy, self-care rituals, and soapmaking. These workshops create space for creativity, connection, and sensory exploration.

Do you offer private classes or group experiences?

Shipping, Fulfillment & Returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within a few business days. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier services.
Do you offer free shipping, and what is the minimum purchase?
Yes—we offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please email us at Returns@AnasApothecary.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll take care of you as soon as we step away from the lab.
What is your return or refund policy?
You may return unopened, unused items within 7 days of receiving them. Refunds are issued once products are returned in their original packaging. Some items—such as personalized products or items unsealed for hygiene reasons—cannot be returned. Please refer to our full policy or reach out with questions.
Returns & Refunds Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days, provided the item has not shipped.
The deadline for returning an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product. Products must be unopened or unused.
To exercise your right to cancel or return, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery.
Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
